This Terms of Use Agreement describes the terms and conditions of the use of TRAONYX.com

RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS :
The customer will be responsible for goods from the time when they are delivered

UNWANTED GOODS :
Some of TRAONYX.com products are made to order, which means that they cannot be exchanged or taken back at all unless the product is actually defective. If this is the case TRAONYX.COM will notify the customer that the item is non-returnable before the order is accepted. TRAONYX.COM will, wherever possible, provide material samples in advance. Custom made orders must have detailed specifications signed and agreed by both the customer and TRAONYX.COM prior to manufacture. Any delay in this is the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT :
Payment is at a mutual agreement between Traonyx.com and Customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled except where a non-refundable deposit has been taken by TRAONYX.com. Where goods are not custom made TRAONYX.com will agree to the cancellations of the order, provided that a minimum of two weeks notice is given of such intention prior to delivery.
